Maybe it would have been better to break it up into five amendments and add more details as that would have saved the supreme court a lot of work.
The amendment covers freedom of religion, the press and speech as well as the right to assemble and petition the government. I am not sure if that’s a Elon Musk joke or if like him you wildly misunderstand the first amendment.
